Chicory is a perennial forb that brings immense value to grazing pastures. It has high nutritional value with great persistence. When managed well (not allowed to head), chicory is an extremely palatable component.

 

Seeding Rate: 2-3#/acre.

Trefoil is unique in that it is a non-bloating legume, so it is a low risk for livestock. It is a perennial that can fix nitrogen and provide excellent quality feed. It is suited for most soil types and does well throughout the summer.
