Survivor Peas are a quick establishing variety that is bred for improved winter hardiness. They offer a great palatable protein source and also fix nitrogen, helping the other species they are planted with. Can be planted alone at 60 to 100 pounds per acre or in a mixture with other species at a rate of 15 to 30 pounds. Peas do best when they are 1 - 2" deep, therefore they should be drilled or planted instead of broadcast.
