Site Prep & Planting: Prairie Flower Medley should be broadcast and incorporated or drilled into bare soil. Oats should be used as a companion crop to reduce competition from weeds.
Maintenance: This mix will take a couple of years to thicken up. Do NOT mow it! Mowing will permanently set back some species and introduce more weeds. If desired, this mix can be burnt every two or three years.
